Who is RHMC?
Residential Home Mortgage Corporation, or RHMC for short, is one of the nation’s top customer rated mortgage lenders. We are a direct lender not a broker.
What’s the difference between RHMC and other lenders?
Two things: our rates and our service. As a private, direct lender, we have the flexibility to set our rates below the market and below the competition. Our customer service is also second to none. At RHMC, each client gets a dedicated team (1 loan officer, 1 operations specialist, 1 underwriter) that works with you from the first call to close. Everything is handled and managed under one roof and you have a direct line of communication throughout the process.
What states do you specialize in?
We are currently licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida. We have loan officers, underwriters, and operations specialists who are highly specialized in each state and specific areas.
What type of products do you offer?
We offer just about every mortgage program you can think of. As a direct lender, we have access to programs and products that many other lenders do not have access to. We have standard fixed rate products (30 year fixed, 25 year fixed, 20 year fixed, 15 year fixed, 10 year fixed, pick your own fixed term), adjustable rate products (5/1 ARM, 7/1 ARM, 10/1 ARM), FHA, FHA 203k, USDA, VA, Jumbo, no closing cost refinancing, cash out refinancing, and more.

Are there any points on your loans?
There are no points on any of our loans, and yes – our rates are still much lower than the competition.
What type of service can I expect from RHMC?
At RHMC, you are not passed along to a million different people across the country and across the world. You are assigned one team (1 loan officer, 1 processor, 1 underwriter) with your loan officer being your main point of contact. You can contact him or her at any time throughout the process during or after business hours. It is this direct line of communication that has allowed us to have a 97% customer recommendation rate.
Will you service or sell my loan?
RHMC has the ability to service and transfer the rights to all loans closed on our name. The decision to service or transfer your loan is made later on in the mortgage process.
What types of appraisers do you use?
We only use appraisers that are local and specialized to your area.

Absolutely. Our specialists can reach out to you at any time that works for you (within reason, of course). Fill this out, and let us know when to get in touch with you. If email works best for you, we can definitely correspond via email to get the process started.
Do we have to meet or do I have to come to your office for closing?
If you would like to set up a face to face meeting, we would be more than happy to do so, but with today’s technology the mortgage application process has been streamlined. All the documentation can be uploaded securely and easily. If you decide to use a title agency/closing agent that is associated with RHMC, the closing can take place in the convenience of your own home or workplace.
